Cooking the Parathas (पराठे सेंकें):
Heat a tawa or griddle on medium flame.
- Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook until golden brown spots appear on one side. Flip and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side.
Serving (परोसें):
Serve Sattu Paratha hot with chutney, curd, or pickle for a complete and satisfying meal.
