Pickle 1: Mithila Special Mango Pickle
Mithila Special Mango Pickle is the signature pickle of JhaJi Store, made with a rich blend of spices, mustard oil, and raw green Malda Mangoes. Prepared exclusively in May & June, this is a limited stock pickle available till start of winters.
Tastes Tangy, Sour, Spicy, and Masaledaar, this pickle has juicy, pulpy mango chunks, and a thick masala blend that tastes amazing with almost every meal. 
Ingredients include Raw Mango, Mustard Oil, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Nigella Seeds, Carom Seeds, Fenugreek, Fennel Seeds, Yellow Mustard, Black Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Salt, Black Salt.
In Mithila, we eat Mithila Special Mango pickle with Poha (also known as Choora Pulao locally).

Pickle 2: Lal Mirch Bharua Pickle
Prepared with tender, bright red chilies sourced from Banaras, this pickle’s recipe is straight from the villages of Bihar. Made during winters, families love to kick-off the Makar Sakranti festival with this pickle on their plates.
Tastes Tangy, Salty, Spicy, Sour, maximum Masaledaar. Red Chilies are filled with a spice blend that adds a unique earthy rustic flavour to all your meals.
Ingredients include Red Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Black Mustard, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Carom Seeds, Fenugreek, Nigella Seeds, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Amchoor, Black Salt, Salt, and Mustard Oil.
In Mithila, Lal Mirch Bharua pickle is most enjoyed with Garma garam dal chawal aaloo bhujiya.

Dear Jha Ji Team,
First of all I really appreciate to bring this taste in the commercial market, where other brand are just using artificial flavors in their product to gain maximum customer.
But Jha Ji products are totally different from others.
There is no feedback for jha ji products because this is a perfect combination of taste and masala.
But I want to just share one feedback regarding the price of the product that the price is really high as compared to cost of raw material used is achaar.
If you want to gain more customers then you must control the price of the product because we all know that everybody make achaar in their home and the price is really high as compared to our home i.e. 800₹/kg.
So, I hope Jha Ji Team take my feedback on positive way and do the needful.
