Include Raw Mango, Mustard Oil, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin, Nigella Seeds, Carom Seeds, Fenugreek, Fennel Seeds, Yellow Mustard, Asafoetida, Black Salt, and Salt.
PICKLE 2/ Sookha Bharua Mango Pickle
Tastes: Tangy, Spicy, Sour, and Salty
Color: Is dark brown, and takes darker shades as the pickle matures.

Packaging is very good, received the pack very safely & in well positioned.
Now, Taste is just like home made.
Specially Ginger, Garlic & Mirch.
Then, Lal mirch is also good.
Dry stuffed mango pickle is on average side, it should be enhanced more.
One last thing, It is some costly as comparatively to counterparts.

I must say all the flavors are absolutely amazing and truly authentic! Each pickle had its unique taste, but I particularly fell in love with the chilli garlic grated pickle. The red chilli and kachcha aam pickle also stood out for its perfect blend of spice and aroma. Highly recommended for pickle lovers.

Tasted 3 pickles out of 4 seems good taste dry mango is very dry appreciate little juicy and if mango like Rajapuri if used then fibres will not come
